Completed payments
A completed donation is not a recurring subscription unless the checkout clearly states otherwise and you expressly choose that arrangement. If you believe a payment was made in error or duplicated, contact us promptly through the website's Contact Us route with the date, amount and transaction reference. Do not send full card details.
Events or services
If Kingdom Life Global Church later offers a bookable event, course or paid service, any specific cancellation terms presented for that item will apply alongside mandatory consumer rights. This page does not create a cancellation fee where none was disclosed.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.
